• Returns are only accepted in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
2. Returns on Drinks (Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages)
To ensure product integrity and safety, we do not accept returns on beverages unless:
• The item was delivered damaged or broken.
• You received the wrong product.

✔ You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Returns on Perfumes
Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perfumes unless:
• The bottle arrived damaged or leaking.
• The product received is not what you ordered.

✔ The perfume must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its protective seals intact.
✔ You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
